Infant Menu: Our infant menu is suitable for infants from 4 to 12 months old. The menu
is divided up by age to ensure that your baby gets the right foods for her/his age. We offer
fresh, deliciouses, new tastes for babies developing palate each week. We offer over a 100
different varieties of purees that expose your children to much more then you could with
store bought purees. The exposer to a variety of taste has been a proven to reduce picky
eaters and develop healthier eating habits as they grow and more so grow up with Little
Spoonfuls meals. Our infant puree is made with fresh organic vegetables, fruits, and meats
with NO added preservatives. As a mother of three, I know how important it is to provide
your baby with the right foods from the very beginning. I also understand how hard it can be
to find time to prepare home-made puree for your infant. Thats why Little Spoonfuls has
created a menu of meals that can be ordered to stock your refrigerator or freezer weekly for

Children's Menu: Our children's menu is perfect for children who has hit their first
birthday & are good solid eaters and older. We also encourage older babies that are ready for
finger food to try out some of our entrees from this menu. This menu was created to bring
fun, inventive, nutritional, new foods to your children's meal time. It's a known fact that a
child's appetite will decrease at around the age of 1. This worries parents because they feel
that their toddler/child is not getting the right nutrition to grow. To help your little ones
meal time me more productive, Little Spoonfuls put together a kids menu that has a ton of
fun and creative dishes! Check out what on the menu this week!

Family Menu: Our family menu is suitable for children from age 2 and up and of course
for adults. This menu was created with the whole family in mind. The gourmet entrees that
you find on our family menu are very kid-friendly for little taste buds, but delicious for
adults too. Most families have such a busy schedule, leaving no time for them to prepare a
nutritional dinner. Families that have no time to cook tend to have expensive restaurant
take-out bill or eat fast food meals that are very unhealthy for their family. I know this first
hand with my own family and how tiring it can be to slave over the stove for an hour to
prepare a good dinner. That's why Little Spoonfuls has created this menu so that families
can stock their refrigerator with freshly made, nutritional meals for the week that only takes
20 minutes to heat up and be on the table ready to be served. This is a full menu with 5 main
entrees with one being a vegetarian main course, 4 side dishes, a weekly soup, fresh salad, &
a yummy dessert. The items in the family menu change each week which gives your family a
variety of meal over a couple of months. Our family meals come in
three different sizes to
choose from: Small, Medium, & Family size.
  • Small: is perfect for 2 children or 1 adult with a good appetite or 2 adult with small
appetites. For example, for our main course meat dishes, a small would come with 2 pieces
of meat.
  • Medium: is perfect for 4-6 children or 2 adults and 2-3 children. For example, for our
    main course meat dishes, a medium would come with 4 pieces of meat.
  • Family: is perfect for 2-3 adults and 4-5 children or 8-12 children. For example, for
    our main course meat dishes, a family would come with 8 pieces of meat. Family size is
    basically 2 medium containers.
If you see a item that you love on this menu, make sure to purchase in bulk to freeze
because the chances of you seeing on the menu again wont be for a another month or two.
